Privacy Policy
This page covers the Human Dependency Risk Quiz at humanrisk.sixohquad.com, operated by SixOhQuad Consulting Inc., a Canadian company.
What we collect
Your quiz answers, and — if you choose to see your result — your name, email address, and optionally your company name. We also record standard campaign parameters (such as UTM tags and ad click identifiers) so we know which of our ads or posts brought you here. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for aggregate site analytics.
Ad measurement with Meta
We use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure how our ads on Facebook and Instagram perform. When you submit the quiz, our server sends Meta a record of the completion: your email address and name, each turned into a one-way hashed code before it leaves our server, plus your IP address, browser details, the page you were on, your result category, and the identifiers Meta set if you arrived from one of its ads. Your individual answers are never sent. Meta uses the record to match the completion to a Meta account and to tell us which ad led to it, and may process it outside Canada. See the Meta Privacy Policy.
Why we collect it
To score your quiz, show your result, email you a copy of your report, and follow up with relevant guidance on reducing the risk the quiz measures. Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe, and we honour unsubscribes immediately, consistent with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
What we never do
We do not sell, rent, or share your details with third parties for their marketing. The hashed record sent to Meta (above) is used to measure our own ads.
Storage and retention
Submissions are stored with our hosting provider (Vercel) and are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above.
Your choices
To access, correct, or delete your information, or to withdraw consent, email cody@sixohquad.com and we will action it promptly.
